Hello! How are you? – I trust all is well in your life.
Spring arrives as a quiet shift—longer days, softer light, and a sense that life is beginning again. Nature awakens, and so can you. This season is an invitation to reconnect with your intuition and nurture what’s ready to grow within you.
Think of your inner world as a garden. Your ideas, dreams, and intentions are seeds. They don’t need perfect conditions to begin—just attention, patience, and trust. At the same time, growth asks you to clear space. Old beliefs, doubts, and distractions can hold you back. Letting them go creates room for something new.
In a world full of noise, your intuition can be easy to overlook. It doesn’t demand attention—it speaks quietly, through feelings, instincts, and subtle nudges. When you slow down and listen, you begin to recognize what truly feels right for you.
Spring also reminds you that starting fresh is natural. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Growth comes from curiosity, not perfection. Each small step forward matters.
As everything changes around you, staying grounded is essential. Simple moments—being in nature, breathing deeply, or pausing—help you stay connected to yourself. From that place, clarity grows.
Above all, trust the process. Just as nature unfolds in its own time, so do you. This season isn’t about rushing—it’s about allowing.
Spring reminds us of resilience – look at some of the spring flowers making their
way through hard soil, snow and grass into the sun and fresh air. Spring equals new life and new beginning. And, spring flowers are so lovely! After harsh winter they are brave to show up to the world.
To plant your own spring garden, you don’t need a big garden. You can plant them on your balcony, a pot near your window. It’s called urban flower gardening.
Here, are some photos with spring flowers in Saltash, UK, where I welcome this 1st Day of Spring.
Dalai Lama once said that if all children before the age of 6 will meditate daily on Peace, for 10 minutes, there will be no more wars. Just PEACE on earth.
How does meditation or visualization for PEACE work? When we meditate on Peace, we summon the peaceful energy. This energy can be send over to Ukraine now, for peace & protection. It can be send to Europe, to Russia (for the change of hearts and minds), to our planet.
