Essential Oils for Support During Stressful or Difficult Times
During challenging or stressful moments, essential oils can offer gentle emotional support and help create a sense of calm. Aromatherapy works through the olfactory system—the scents stimulate receptors in the nose that send signals to the brain’s limbic system, which plays a key role in regulating emotions, memory, and stress responses.
Because of this connection, inhaling certain essential oils may help ease tension, uplift mood, and encourage relaxation when life feels overwhelming. Oils such as lavender, bergamot, chamomile, and ylang-ylang are commonly used to support emotional balance and reduce feelings of stress or anxiety.

Feelings – collection of Young Living oils to help to feel emotionally better: calmer, more grounded, less stressed.
Many people use these oils during meditation, prayer, journaling, or quiet reflection. Diffusing calming scents in your space, adding a few drops to a warm bath, or applying diluted oils to pulse points can create a grounding ritual during uncertain or emotionally heavy seasons.
While essential oils are not a substitute for professional care, they can be a comforting, natural tool that supports relaxation and helps bring moments of peace when the mind and heart need it most.
For the past six years, I have been using young living essential oils, pure extract from plants: flowers, leaves, trees, fruits…I use it to assist me in my own spirit healing journey.

I like waking up an diffusing citrusy scents, such as pure lemon or orange essen
tial oils. This helps me to start a good, new day.
During the day, I love to wear valor oil on my body. It is also called ‘the Courage in a bottle’. Or … frankincense, called ‘the King of essential oils’, highly regarded during Biblical times. Yes, this is one of the oils, and gifts brought to baby Jesus, by 3 Kings in Bethelem.
In the evening, I love to peacefully complete my day, by smelling peace and calming essential oil or lavender*. Sweet dreams…
