Aromatherapy works through the olfactory system\u2014the scents stimulate receptors in the nose that send signals to the brain\u2019s limbic system, which plays a key role in regulating emotions, memory, and stress responses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"942\">Because of this connection, inhaling certain essential oils may help ease tension, uplift mood, and encourage relaxation when life feels overwhelming. Oils such as <strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"813\">lavender, bergamot, chamomile, and ylang-ylang<\/strong> are commonly used to support emotional balance and reduce feelings of stress or anxiety.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1118998\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1118998\" class=\"wp-image-1118998 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/intuitiongarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/yl-oils.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1118998\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Feelings &#8211; collection of Young Living oils to help to feel emotionally better: calmer, more grounded, less stressed.<\/p><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1223\">Many people use these oils during meditation, prayer, journaling, or quiet reflection.
