{"id":1117532,"date":"2022-01-07T15:59:22","date_gmt":"2022-01-07T12:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intuitiongarden.com\/?p=1117532"},"modified":"2026-04-16T15:22:21","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T12:22:21","slug":"2022-a-year-of-healing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intuitiongarden.com\/pl\/2022-a-year-of-healing\/","title":{"rendered":"A Year of Healing, Reflection &#038; Inner Transformation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.6;\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1117126\" src=\"https:\/\/intuitiongarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Roza-lavender-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Healing \" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>NEW YEAR 2022! \u00a02+2+2=6 a year of Healing.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>6 in numerology represents Healing. \u00a0To heal we need to let go of the old energy which does not serve us anymore.<\/p>\n<p>A great way to start new year 2022 is to declutter. \u00a0Try this: \u00a0During 9 days, give away, donate to charity or toss it out 27 items. \u00a0Each day 27 items. \u00a0You&#8217;ll take out old energy from your home, your office, your purse, your bookshelf, your closet. \u00a0Something which has completed its purpose in your life. \u00a0You&#8217;ll clean your energy field by doing so.\u00a0In return, you&#8217;ll make a space for something totally NEW. \u00a0New love, new health, new job, new business clients and business growth, new friends.<\/p>\n<p>I have tried this method for the first time this year. \u00a0Every day, I will write on a clean piece of paper Day 1, or 2, or 3 &#8230;.up to day 9. \u00a0Below I would make a list of 27 items, I am giving away this day. \u00a0At the beginning it was relatively easy to find such items in my home: \u00a0empty packages, expired cosmetics, few books, unmatched socked, couple of pairs of shoes. \u00a0Then towards the day 7, 8 and 9, I really had to be creative in finding such items. \u00a0My kitchen supplied empty jars, which I took to the local store, where previously I would purchase made soups. \u00a0(note: \u00a0I&#8217;m typing this post in Poland, where it is easy to give away empty jars for recycle to the people who provide food, filling up those jars).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1120174 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/intuitiongarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Untitled-design.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"533\" \/><br \/>\nI&#8217;ve now completed my 9 days challenge and I feel wonderful!! \u00a0My next 9 days cleanse will be around July this year, as I am planning to do it twice a year. \u00a0As well, I made promise to myself to only purchase items replacing the ones I have at home. \u00a0For example, I promise myself that in 2022 I&#8217;ll only buy new shoes if I am replacing a pair at home, so one pair out for one pair new.<\/p>\n<p>Minimalism in consumption of produced goods, often with some form of plastic is a necessity for a clean planet. \u00a0We all consume way too many items, which later on end up in garbage. \u00a0Many of them don&#8217;t decompose for years if ever. \u00a0Healing starts with healing the planet and environment, in which we live. \u00a0We all benefit from living a clean, clutter free, and happy life.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for reading my post. \u00a0If you like it, please click 'like&#8217; or subscribe to my blog.<\/p>\n<p>Namaste! \u00a0Love &amp; thank you, Roza<\/p>\n<p>ps.
