How do you find your own highest life purpose?
My favourite spiritual teacher Abraham teaches that the basis of life is freedom, the purpose of life is joy, and the result of living aligned with this is growth.
From this perspective, discovering your life purpose becomes much simpler. Instead of searching outside yourself for something distant or complicated, you begin by noticing what brings you the most joy. The things that light you up emotionally and energize you are not random—they are guiding signals pointing toward your true direction in life.
When you consistently engage in work and activities that you truly enjoy, you are sending a powerful message to life: “Give me more of this.” You are aligning with your natural flow and allowing more inspiration, creativity, and opportunity to enter your experience.
On the other hand, when you repeatedly do things that drain you or feel misaligned, you may unconsciously reinforce the belief that you are not worthy of joy, ease, or abundance. Over time, this disconnect can create confusion, resistance, and lack of fulfillment.
Your highest life purpose is not found through struggle or force. It is revealed through following what makes you feel alive—what brings passion, curiosity, and clarity. These inner signals are your compass.
Choosing to follow joy is not always the easiest path, but it is one of the most authentic and rewarding. It is always worth pursuing, even when it requires courage and risk, because it leads you closer to your true self and the life you are meant to live.

Finding the things that bring most JOY to us, is the shortest way to finding our life purpose.
When we do the work that we truly enjoy, we are saying to life: “give me more of this!”
The opposite is true, as well: When we do the activities that we don’t enjoy, we are saying to ourselves “I don’t believe I am worthy of all the joy and abundance that life can offer me.
What one thing today will bring you simple joy?? – do it!
